Resident Advisor
Job Description

Empowering adults to live independently with dignity and support.


Key Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living skills, personal growth, and community integration.
 

• Assist with meal prep, medication reminders per plan, and household upkeep.
 

• Complete shift notes, incident reports, and communicate updates to supervisors.
 

• Promote independence while maintaining safety, boundaries, and respect.
 

• Provide transportation or community support as assigned.
 

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional with strong communication skills.
 

• Experience in SLS/ILS, social services, caregiving, or residential programs preferred (training

provided).
 

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background clearance.
 

• Comfortable working evenings/weekends and occasional overnights as needed.
 

• Basic documentation and smartphone skills (QSP/Relias experience a plus).
