Our Supportive Living Services (SLS) are designed to help individuals live as independently as possible while receiving the support they need. Services may include daily living assistance, transportation, personal care, and access to community resources. We focus on empowering individuals to maintain their independence, build confidence, and improve their overall quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.

Independent Living Skills (ILS) programs provide hands-on training and guidance to help individuals develop the skills needed to live successfully on their own. Areas of support include money management, cooking, home maintenance, time management, personal safety, and accessing public transportation. Our goal is to ensure that every person has the tools they need to thrive in their community.

Our Parenting Support Services provide guidance, education, and resources to help parents strengthen their parenting skills and build strong family bonds. Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP) is a workforce development service focused on helping individuals prepare for, enter, and succeed in the workforce. Services include career assessments, job readiness training, resume building, interview preparation, and job placement support. We also partner with local businesses and organizations to create pathways for long-term career growth and advancement.

When housing insecurity arises, our Emergency and Transitional Housing Coordination services provide immediate assistance. We help individuals and families access safe shelter, transitional housing programs, and long-term housing solutions. Our team works closely with housing providers and community agencies to ensure a smooth transition from crisis to stability, offering guidance every step of the way.
